Change Your Password

To change your Clark University password please enter your current Username and Password. If you have forgotten your password please contact the ITS Helpdesk at helpdesk@clarku.edu or (508) 793-7745.

Next, please create your new password, making sure that it conforms with Clark University's password requirements:

• Cannot be one of your previous five passwords
• Cannot contain non-English characters
• Cannot contain three or more successive characters from your name
Minimum 15 characters
Cannot contain three or more successive characters from your username, display name, first name, or last name (where those names are longer than three characters)
Must contain at least three of the following four character types
Uppercase letters (A-Z)
Lowercase letters (a-z)
Numbers (0-9)
Non-alphanumeric (!, #, $, & =, etc.)

Your new password will expire 365 days after it is set. We suggest that your Clark Account password be unique and not be used on any other computer systems (e.g. Facebook, Google).
